Kudadoo Maldives Private Island

Kudadoo Maldives Private Island is an exclusive private island in Lhaviyani Atoll, just 40 minutes by seaplane from Male. This luxurious resort spanning approximately 200 by 200 meters is fully solar-powered, making it the first ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives with a fully inclusive luxury service concept.

The resort features just 15 spacious overwater residences: 13 one-bedroom residences of 310 sqm and 2 two-bedroom residences of 390 sqm. Each residence includes a private 44 sqm infinity pool, expansive deck with direct access to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling.

The resort's design was created by renowned architect Yuji Yamasaki in the style of traditional Japanese architecture. Interiors feature Tasmanian oak floors, handcrafted furniture, and calming earth tones. The Retreat — an overwater central complex alongside the island — houses a spa center, fine dining restaurant, wine cellar with cheese room, bar, games room, and swimming pool.

The "Anything, Anytime, Anywhere" concept allows guests to enjoy unlimited private service: spa treatments, water sports, excursions, diving, yoga, personal trainer, unlimited in-residence or beach dining, premium champagnes, wines and beverages. Personal butlers are available 24 hours a day to fulfill any guest wishes.
